Deji and I also briefly "dated" although it was more of a "fling". LoL. The connection for me was more friendship than romance. This is not to impugn Deji. Whoever Deji chooses for a mate will be a well-taken-care-of woman, and in the hands of a handsome, wholesome, honest, "got-his-shit-together" reliable man. A Quiet, Powerful Force. Spiritually Inspiring. A worthy collaborator. Deji and I met in Hawaii, 2002, when he was in the Navy and I was in high school. We have continued sporadic communication since then. Deji and I disagree on many a thing and I have faced criticism and doubt in regards to who I am from Deji, although he is honest and a supportive friend. I admire and respect his opinions and stances in life and his courage to stand for what he believes in. He is a morally virtuous, open-minded human being. It is a privelege to know him.
